Shipping policy

Our processing time is 2-7 business days. Please make sure you have the correct name and address when making a purchase. Once your order has been scanned by the carrier, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. Phone numbers are required for international orders to ensure smooth transit through customs.

Import and Duty Fees: All international orders are subjected to pay Import and/or Duty Fees, which is determined by the country of import, primarily based off the order value and the country's import and duty laws. Import and duty fees are not included in your order total. Starborn Cosmetics is not reponsible for Import/Duty Fees, and all fees must be paid by parcel recipient.
